SERVUS 2026 Speaker Line Up!
Doug Baldwin
We are so exited to announce our first keynote speaker, Mr. Doug Baldwin Jr.!!
Here’s a message from Mr. Baldwin,
“My name is Doug Baldwin Jr and I am the Founder & CEO of Vault89, a social-impact ecosystem of people and organizations just wanting to make the world a better place. I am also the Founder of the Family First Community Center, a community hub in the heart of Renton, WA serving over 15,000 unique members.
I am passionate about competing to be the best version of myself, and I am my best when I am serving others.
A little shameless self promotion here — I was the recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service Award, the Paul G. Allen Humanitarian Award, lots of other awards, (I said shameless) and I was the youngest ever appointee to the WA State Clemency and Pardons Board. I believe the first to have also won a Super Bowl. That’s beside the point.
The point is that I am passionate about solving complex social challenges with innovation and empathic solutions that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. I use my own setbacks and lived experience as insights and stepping stones for my next victory. I do this work with gratitude and humility because it is a blessing to do so.
But most importantly, I am a blessed husband and the father of three beautiful souls. Amen!”
