Q: How do I know where my school is sitting at the Conference?

A: When you walk into the Showare Center in Kent, there will be SERVUS volunteers that will guide you to your seating area. Seats are based upon arrival time.

Q: What materials do I need to bring to SERVUS?

A: Just a smile, and an eagerness to grow! Your registration fee comes with a SERVUS workbook, a pen, and a SERVUS t-shirt. If you would like to bring any other materials you are more than welcome to, but it is not necessary as all the materials you will need for the day will be provided to you.

Q: Can you purchase lunch at SERVUS?

A: You can pre-order boxed lunches that will be given the day of the conference.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: After you have registered, the deadline for a refund is February 4th, 2019. Any cancellations after this deadline will only receive 50% of the registration fee due to incurred costs.

Q: Is there wheelchair accessible seating?

A: Yes! If you are in need of wheelchair accessible seating, please email us in advance so we can accommodate as needed.

Q: How much is it for chaperones to attend?

A: School Advisors/Chaperones are free to attend.

Q: What is included in the student registration fee?

A: Upon each registration the student will receive a SERVUS workbook, a pen, and a SERVUS t-shirt. If the student is in need of a boxed lunch, they can be purchased.

Q: What t-shirt sizes are for sale?

A: We sell Adult Small, Medium, Large, X Large, XX Large, 3X Large.

Q: Are shirts from previous SERVUS Conferences able to be purchased?

A: The day of the conference, there will be a table where you can purchase gear from previous SERVUS conferences while supplies last.

Q: When can I get the invoice?

A: You will receive your invoice after the conclusion of the conference and final payment is due by March 29, 2019.

Q: When do we get the t-shirts?

A: Conference attendees will receive the SERVUS t-shirts the day of the SERVUS conference.

Q: How are the speakers selected for Servus?

A: The SERVUS planning committee discusses potential speakers and votes after having an interaction with each potential speaker. If you would like to speak at a SERVUS conference please send us an email!

Q: Can I buy extra shirts

A: During registration there is an option to purchase extra t-shirts as needed.

Q: Can you buy tickets at the door

A: There are tickets available for purchase at the door, however, there is a limited space so there is no guarantee that there will be tickets left.
